Situation in Gaza hospitals unimaginable': World Health Organization

The head of the World Health Organization (WHO), Ted Ross Adhanom, says that the situation in Gaza's hospitals is 'unimaginable' due to the Israeli bombardment.

The head of the WHO, Ted Rus Adhanom, visited a hospital in Gaza that was destroyed by the Zionist bombing, after which he expressed that the conditions of the Ansar hospital in southern Gaza are worse than poor and the hospital is three times the capacity. There are more patients.

Ted Ross Adhanom said that patients are being treated at the hospital on the ground, with patients screaming in pain and unable to find words to express their concern over the situation.

According to the World Health Organization, since October 7, Israel has carried out 335 attacks on Palestinian medical centers, 164 medical centers in Gaza and 171 medical centers in the West Bank.

On the other hand, Arab media reports that after a week of temporary ceasefire in Gaza, Turkish doctors and students held a silent march in Istanbul to express solidarity with Gaza on Israeli attacks.

The doctors wore white coats with red handprint markings that read Doctors stand with Palestine'.

It should be noted that after the temporary cease-fire ended during the ongoing fighting between Hamas and Israel in Gaza, the Israeli army carried out more than 400 attacks and killed more than 300 Palestinians in the last 2 days. More than 1,200 people have been martyred and more than 40,000 have been injured.
